About Us

Our team is composed of licensed Geodetic Engineers (GE) from the University of the Philippines. Founded by Engr. Lira P. Habana in May 2016, LPH Land Surveying Services aims to help every rightful landowner in securing properties free from worries- be it in the documentation or in the physical or actual ground site.

While starting her career as a GE, Engr. Lira was immediately exposed to a double titling case in one of the properties her former company had negotiated with. In order to resolve the issue, a large amount of money and time was spent. Her goal since then is for every rightful person acquiring properties and would-be landowners to avoid experiencing these tough issues that can be pretty traumatizing especially to those who are not too experienced in dealing with land-related problems.

Issues such as erroneous property boundary surveys and problematic technical descriptions in the land title, double titling, inalienable lands sold to a private person, are some of the issues our team has encountered since we started the firm. Through the application and principles of land surveys and the help of other consultants in other industries, these issues can be avoided, or fixed, depending on the nature of the problem at hand.

By actively listening to and understanding our clients’ needs, we create effective action plans that get to the bottom of any land-related issue. Our team is all about serving our clients’ best interests at all times with utmost loyalty and service quality through land surveying and the assistance of other professionals.

Vision

For every rightful landowner to have a worry-free exercise of their property rights.
