GIS Development and Mapping

At LPH Land Surveying Services, we can help your team build an information system based on the spatial data from your spreadsheets and turn it into an interactive map where every member of the group can see, edit, and add information which can easily be tracked by other members of the team.
Through Geographic Information Systems (GIS), we can produce or help your team produce maps based on the information available on your files. Aside from database managing and mapping capabilities of GIS, it can also allow you to see trends and conduct simulation modelling to predict possible outcomes of a given event based on known factors inputted in the system.
Sketch Maps and Lot Plans

Commonly used as an effective means of visualizing the shape of a particular parcel, these maps and plans contain the technical descriptions of the subject lot based on the land title and/or survey plans. Lot Plan is also one of the requirements for Building Permits. Depending on the clients’ needs, we can customize the Lot Plan into a Sketch Map. If you will need slope maps, yes, we can also provide it for you!

LPH LSS can provide additional assistance to your team if you intend to sell properties through preparing customized marketing collaterals for your potential buyers. These can be in the form of brochures, vicinity maps, drone clips of the property, or other customized maps we can create based on the available information you will provide or we can collect from the site.
